Jerzy Zając
City Manager of Gdynia

Born 2 May 1950 in Szczecin. Married, with two children.

He has a degree in economics. In 1974-1989 he worked for the Polish Ocean Lines, in organisation, administration and economics of the enterprise. Since 1991 he has worked with the City Hall of Gdynia, at first as head of Economic Policy Department and since 1995 as city manager. He likes reading nonfiction, periodicals, and history of art. He has a variety of interests, but above all - he loves GDYNIA.
