1. a 2600 m along cycle track along Zielona street from Płk. Dąbka street to Rybaków street
2. a 3.800 m long cycle track along Wielkopolska and Chwaszczyńska streets from Łowicka street to Nowowiczlińska street;
3. a 8.800 m long cycle track along Morska street from Warszawska street, along Chylońska street to Rumia city;
4. a 1.600 m long cycle track along Droga Gdyńska from Kielecka street to Konwaliowa street;
5. a 3.600 m long pedestrian-cycle passage along Zwycięstwa street from the Gdynia-Sopot border
6. a 900 m long cycle track along Władysława IV street from Armii Krajowej street to Piłsudskiego street;
7. a 600 m long pedestrian-cycle passage along Piłsudskiego street, from Bema street to Krasickiego street;
8. a 1.500 m long cycle track on the bulwar Nadmorski (the Boulevard) from the onset of the promenade to Zawiszy Czarnego street;
9. a 1.600 m long cycle track along Dickmana street, from Płk. Dąbka street to the Instytut Techniki Morskiej (Maritime Technology Institute);
10. a 380 m long cycle track along Chwarznieńska street from Jowisza street to Amona street;
11. a 500 m long cycle track along Wiczlińska street ul. Wiczlińska
12. a 1300 m long cycle track along Śląska street (from Droga Gdyńska to Sportowa street).

Bike Tour - mountain bike championships are held in April, June, September and October. Every bike owner is invited to take part.
